Shipping FAQ
How long will shipping take?
UK Mainland - 2-3 days
European Union - 5-7 days
Rest of the World - 7-10 days
Orders will always be sent with tracked shipping where supported by the destination country.
All shipping times are estimates, so please allow a little wiggle room for handling delays.
Can I track my package?
The tracking information you need will be in your dispatch email. Please allow 24hrs for the link to update.

It's past my estimated delivery window, what now?
International orders may be subject to import fees and taxes which must be paid before delivery. Please contact your local courier office to see if there is any action you need to take to receive your package.
If its been over 4weeks since you received your dispatch notification please get in touch and we'll look into that for you. Please quote your order number in your email

During busy periods we cannot combine or expedite shipping for any orders and do not guarantee delivery by set dates, as the final speed of shipping is entirely beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding!
Will I have to pay a fee to recieve my package?
International shipping can incur VAT and import fees at customs, these are not currently included in your purchase from us and are the buyer's responsibility to pay.
To prevent any nasty surprises we encourage you to familiarise yourself with the shipping and handling processes of your delivery destination prior to placing an order.
Packages may be held at your local post depot until any outstanding fees are paid, and will be returned to us after the holding period elapses, so keep an eye on your tracking and reach out to your local courier for more information.
My order arrived but something is wrong/missing/damaged!
Yikes! Drop us an email with your order number and any pictures that can help us see whats happened and we'll get it sorted out.

Cancellations & Returns
To cancel your order please contact us immediately, as once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Return requests must be made within 14days of recieving your order. Please get in touch with your order number and the items you wish to return.

All returns must be approved in advance. Unapproved returns will not be processed and you will not recieve your items back.
Certain items such as sale items, gift cards, limited run or discontinued designs cannot be returned. Please contact us if there is an issue with the items you have received.

Can you I have an order packing video?
If you'd like to be in an order packing video you can add a note at check out or drop us a message on social media with your order number and we'll keep that in mind!
Do you take art commissions?
Ehhh not really. I'm open to suggestions and something may come of it but really prefer to just do my own thing. If this changes I'll be sure to make some noise about it.
Can I get a tattoo of your art?

When will the thing I want restock?
We're working on it! Follow us on socials to be the first to know about restocks, new products and what I had for lunch.
We do our best to give a fair warning on any products that will not be restocking, and if you can't find the listing unfortunately it may have found its way into the graveyard. RIP!

Durability
All of our stickers are water and weather resistant, and are suitable for indoor or oudoor use.
Direct sunlight or chemical exposure will shorten the life of... well, pretty much anything. But if you think something is fading too fast don't be shy to let us know!

Ethics & Sustainability
We aim to work with domestic suppliers for as many of our products as possible to minimise transit emissions and maintain confidence about the working conditions of those manufacturing our products.

Quality
All of our products are inspected before shipping and any that come up short will be listed as B-grade versions. These items are cheaper and may have some minor defects but are still just as fun and functional.
